Staying at the hotel was fantastic with spacious rooms that include everything you would expect in a 5+ star hotel and those little extras that make a difference. However, the room was very cold, and adjusting the A/C above 25 wasn't possible.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel sits right on the lake, making every room a stunning choice with lovely patios to enjoy. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and full of thoughtful amenities. The service was exceptional, with kind and attentive staff going above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The location is simply breathtaking, nestled between Como & Bellagio, with a charming town square nearby. The dining experience, while it had its flaws, offered some fantastic elements. Overall, a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

Il Sereno is truly a gem with its stunning location on Lake Como in the village of Torno. The rooms offer breathtaking views of the lake and come equipped with all the luxuries you'd expect from a top-tier hotel. The impeccable hospitality and friendliness of the staff enhance the entire experience. Although the dining could use some improvements, the overall value for money is undeniable.
